  This is our 2nd trip to Charlevoix and our 3rd time at the Bridge Street Tap Room. The food is nicely prepared, with fresh ingredients. The craft beer selection well curated selections from Michigan. The staff are pleasant, but service is chaotic! They are 3 for 3 in turning a half hour wait for a low table (not a high top) into an ordeal. As the hostess remarked to us (after the table we'd been waiting for was removed to make room for the evening's entertainment), "I guess we don't communicate very well." At least she used correct grammar! Anyway, the view is lovely and we are patient people. If you're not, this might not be the best place for you during evening rush.
